  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt add more if necessary
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
