This is such an important and timely discussion. I love that you include the airlines that are doing the most to go green. We definitely vote with our travel dollars!

One additional lifestyle point to consider is going vegan for even a couple days a week. There is research showing that the single largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions is meat production. If everyone takes even a couple vegan days a week, it will go a long way to helping the environment!

This is something I have been thinking about for a long time: the struggle between knowing climate change is real (and air and car travel are contributors) and the battle for still wanting to travel despite that knowledge. It’s hard to fully come to terms with, but I am so glad you wrote about this topic. I am going to spend some time making similar assessments so I can at least offset where I can’t fully reduce.

    Thanks for sharing!

My favorite smart features of my old home! 🏠

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
