  1. I don’t usually like massive cities but Mexico City is probably my favourite. I agree that anyone who writes it off without giving it a chance to impress is missing something special.
I had to smile when I saw Taco Gus. It was about 100 metres from where I stayed and easily the best street food I have eaten anywhere in the world. I never expected to see it written about because, like you said, it’s a tiny hole in the wall.

    • Tiny holes in the wall can sometimes be the best finds ever 🙂 Taco Gus was so great!!

  2. Wow, this looks so yummy. I like your blog post very much. I am such a foodie and also on my travel blog I am always searching for new foodie destinations. I think I should put Mexico City on my blog bucket list 😉 A really cool post

    • Thank you! Definitely put Mexico City onto your bucket list- the city (and it’s food) blew me away!

My favorite smart features of my old home! 🏠

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
