  2. I had no idea that Montmorency cherries were a natural source of melatonin. That’s gotta be way better than the pills you can buy ;).

    I always try to adjust the night before and on the long plane ride. If I’m going to be arriving at 8AM I want to try to sleep a solid 5-6 hours right before landing. It normally works like a charm!
