Would you recommend taking this little day trip if you did NOT have someone that spoke Thai with you?? Any recommendations?? Maybe a good map?? I love the thought of riding motor bikes… Thanks for the idea!

    • Hi Annie! There are a lot of tourists around the area, and so a lot of locals can speak conversational English or would be able to help you if something came up! A good map is always a good idea 😉

Hi Kiersten! LOVE your post. Travelling to Thailand in a few short months and I was wondering if you booked your accommodations before hand? or waited until you arrived.

        Thank you!

    Hi,

Do you need some sort of foreign license to drive the scooters in Thailand?

    • I wouldn’t risk not having one at any time, just be sure to check requirements with the rental place before driving 🙂

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
