For me, factors that make a city great for solo travel are: the ease of getting around by yourself (whether there is a good transportation system or it’s easily walkable), how safe a city is, whether the city is known for friendly locals (you never know when you’ll need a helping hand), and the number of sights to see!

There’s a lot of Europe on your list and I can confirm all the places you’ve mentioned are wonderful for a solo trip. I ventured out to Vienna on my first ever solo trip and it was perfect. People were friendly, the city is very safe and not too big to get lost, plus it has the highest quality of living in the world. Definitely a trip worth!
