Great post! Will consider a few places for my next pregnancy!
I would recommend to add Madeira on your list. As it was just a four hour flight from Germany, it was not too uncomfortable traveling during this stage (I was 6 months pregnant). The temperatures were pleasant, food is delicious, the landscape is breathtaking, medical care is available and people are so amazing and friendly. They have great spas on the island.
Wishing you all the best for your pregnancy!

Hi Burcu! I am not pregnant but had so many ladies asking for suggestions. 🙂 And thank you for the recommendation, Madeira sounds so lovely!

My “babymoon” certainly wasn’t glamorous but it was memorable. ,We visited the Palo Duro canyon where we met a mule outfitter who let me ride one of his mules!
We visited Lincoln NM, home of the Billy the Kid museum and then headed for Ruidoso Racetrack where we bet on the horses.
A fun weekend for a horse crazy couple.

That sounds like a ton of fun! It’s all about doing what you love and spending time together.

My favorite smart features of my old home! 🏠

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
