Quick question on drones. If you purchase one do you need to take any drone classes in your state or need a license? I live in the U.S. and I am interested in using a drone for vacation purposes, but not really familiar with whether you can use it for recreational purposes.

Hey Asia! In some places a recreational drone must be registered with the FAA and marked with a registration number, but other places it’s not necessary if you’re just hobby flying. You’ll want to check on state by state laws as things are changing all the time.

Hey Lauren! I’m so glad you found this post. Drones are really fun and when you learn to use them they can step up the footage/photos you get to a whole new level!

I put a lot of thought and design into my home, so I knew I had to get curated, high-tech window shades to match.

Enter @rollishades — sleek, custom motorized shades that actually elevate the space while solving the very real sunlight problem. From light-filtering to blackout options, everything is tailored to fit perfectly and controlled with the touch of a button (or app). It’s the kind of smart, intentional design that makes a home feel finished. 🪟🤍

I easily installed these in my guest bedroom and let me just say, when guests come over, they’re getting what feels like a hotel experience in my home (minus the room service).
