For those of us that literally grew up with the characters in the books and movies, visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a dream come true. The attention to detail in the parks is absolutely incredible and you can easily get lost in the “wizarding world” for hours.
You’ll find all of your favorite shops and attractions inside Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, like Ollivanders Wand Shop, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, Madam Malkin’s Robes for All Occasions, Magical Menagerie, Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment and Quality Quidditch Supplies.
Try Butterbeer, dine at the Leaky Cauldron, where they import authentic ingredients from the U.K., send a letter via Owl Post or get an interactive wand to test your magic around both parks.
One of my favorite experiences was getting to ride the Hogwarts Express between parks- just watch out for Dementors!
This video was amazing. Recently my dad and I have been trying to plan a trip to London to visit all the Harry Potter sites and this has been the icing on the cake. Not only have I been re-reading all the books, but I have been re-watching all the movies. I really forgot how magical these books really are.
What time of year were in in Orlando? The lines don’t look very long, which is always a plus!!!
Thanks Casey! I was just there last month (November) so it is not peak season but still had an amazing time. There are long lines year-round but definitely less than summer months!
