  1. I take traveling itself as a good exercise! On my last trip, I used endomodo app to calculate the walking distance and just for a half of day, I got 20km. I knew we walked a lot, but had no idea that it was so much. I always want to see and do as much as possible and I am used with walking, so the kilometers are easy to come. A morning run is also a good idea, I should definitely do that more often!
