    Really great ideas. I have a tendency to sometimes ditch the diet that works best for me when traveling because of convenience or just too much partying and I end up feeling awful and low energy. Too much cheese, bread and beer after 3 months in Amsterdam the last time left me with a full body rash and an extra 10lbs. Fun at the time, but not good after. Thanks for the reminder to think ahead! Hoping Costa Rica will be easy on my digestion 🙂

  2. I always make a point of finding out where the local food market is in the place where I’m staying ASAP. This allows me to cook meals that are healthy and veggie-friendly!
