Where’s South Africa? I know it’s a little out of the way but there’s a great amount of things here and our currency (unfortunately for us) is a little weak.
It might be hard to get to for your US readers, but I took my wife to Tanzania and this is paradise at a great price. Safari in Tented camps in the serengeti and beach in Zanzibar, something you cannot regret. slightly pricier items on our itineraries were a Hot Balloon Flight over the savanna and a lot of scuba diving in Pemba Island, but those were extras 😉
I forgot to mention we flew from London at a very reasonable price.
